The Company
Victorum Corporation and it’s affiliate Sepav, Inc. are community focused cultivators, manufacturers and distributors of medical/recreational cannabis and hemp products throughout the state of California. Rooted in California’s coveted emerald triangle of cannabis and nestled between Arcata and Eureka on the Humboldt Bay, Victorum sits on 70 beautiful shorefront acres with access to power, water, a legendary network of Cultivators and the best grow conditions in the country.
In collaboration, Sepav Inc. owns and operates hemp manufacturing facilities in Los Alamitos, California and produces its own flagship brands of CBD products offering a wide range of high quality, organic essential oil and terpene products. As an integral part of our overall medical and recreational cannabis plan, Sepav is a provider of safe, consistent and functional CBD products across the country that provide consumers with the healing attributes that cannabis can provide.
Victorum is currently in the process of finalizing their expansion plans and will be operating their state of the art grow operations beginning in Q1 2022. This phased approach will generate over 100,000 sq. ft. of indoor top quality grow capabilities in the first year and expand to being the largest producer of top quality cannabis and hemp products in the United States.

As of this writing, 38 states have legalized cannabis including the District of Columbia; 18 fully legalized, and 3 more states are voting now.
The industry is on Fire
Growing at double digit rates with US Cannabis sales hitting a record of $25B in 2021 and predicted to reach $45B by 2025.
Consumer support for cannabis is overwhelmingly positive
Americans say marijuana should be legal for recreational and medical usage. According to a 2021 Pew Research Poll, 91% of U.S. adults say either that marijuana should be legal for medical and recreational use and fewer than one-in-ten (8%) say marijuana should not be legal for use by adults. This shifting tide in consumer sentiment will continue to make this market a very attractive and growing areas for many years to come.

In 2019 the French born entrepreneur, (the son of successful hoteliers) set his sights on bringing the healing powers of CBD and cannabis to a mass scale in California. After 3 years this massive undertaking is approaching fruition and the industry will soon have a new leader in high quality/low cost cannabis production, Victorum Corporation.
Laurent’s introduction to the industry began over 10 years ago when he developed an effective CBD product for a very ill friend who was unable to find relief from traditional treatments. From that success Laurent perfected his formula and the results are Victorum’s unparalleled line of CBD products. Having immersed himself into the burgeoning California cannabis industry as an investor, grower and owner; Laurent is the ideal entrepreneur to lead this legacy project to its successful culmination.
