The key advantage for our expansion is our 70 acres in Humboldt County, CA complete with its 1-million-gallon retention pond and onsite power substation.  This is an advantage that no other cannabis producer can state and translates to lower manufacturing costs and higher profitability for the Humboldt Bay Company and  the Victorum Corp.

The Victorum team with its decades of experience is a coming together of an experienced set of individuals who have strong industry reputations for past accomplishments, current relationships, innovation and the passion to create an exceptional model for high quality products and commercial success.  By converging the cross-functional talents and layers of market, consumer and sales expertise into a one team, we are able to implement our plan, which is rooted in the principle to make us immune to economic downturns and industry disruptions.

When fully integrated, our business plan, including a zealous community engagement plan allows us to begin generating income now, before we harvest our first crop. In addition to this quickly established cash generation, we are also leveraging our existing and flourishing Apple, XS Sports and Islander CBD product lines. With these immediate income streams, combined with the capital infusion, we will be able to build out all phases of our development plan within 18 to 36 months.
